Position: Ad Operations Manager

One of such businesses is SEASON - Sports, Entertainment, Advertising, Sponsorship & Operations Network - a digital monetization platform featuring online video and mobile assets from the most premier rights holders in sports and entertainment (e.g., MLB, NBA, PGA, WTA, the Premier League, UFC, and others). SEASON works with both national brands and digital buying agencies, providing both parties with an effective means of tackling the very fragmented, and in some cases, cumbersome, world of digital sports and entertainment. SEASON features a team of industry veterans and industry professionals, working each day to optimize the value of its content partnerships for both its sponsors and its premier content publishers.
ROLE:
The Manager of Ad Operations is responsible for all aspects of the advertising operations workflow process; from confirming inventory to campaign set up, testing, implementation, optimization, and ultimately fulfillment. This position works in concert with the advertising operations team, supporting specific advertising campaigns, maintaining constant communication with both the client and internal sales team, as well as ensuring delivery of the digital sponsorship and advertising campaigns.
Familiarity with video ad serving and experience with digital campaign management across multiple platforms simultaneously is required. SEASON seeks a driven, diligent, well-organized and detail oriented candidate with the ability to communicate in a professional manner. A solid understanding of Digital Ad Operations, knowledge of VAST and VPAID compliant advertising is a high priority.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Ensure that all incoming orders are processed according to the contractual specifications determined by SEASON
2.Learn and follow the specific procedures for campaign implementation using either video CMS and / or the ad server.
3.Test advertising materials, which includes ensuring correct display across multiple publishers on common browsers.
4.Work with Rich Media Specialist to test all creative and ensure that any requests for changes are communicated promptly internally and externally to the advertiser/agency.
5.Work with agencies and tech teams on all technical and / or creative troubleshooting.
6.Work with client support teams to address technical and customer relations issues that arise with particular campaigns or ad creative.
7.With Client Services, monitor campaigns to ensure guarantees are met and optimize campaigns.
8.Collaborate with sales on campaign management and strategy for select categories.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors degree plus at least 4 years relevant experience. Knowledge of online ad serving (video ad experience a high priority)
3. Ability to edit an array of advertising formats including HTML and JavaScript code; a working knowledge of Flash, .ppt and more
4. Demonstrated knowledge of internet technology
5. Hard working and willingness to learn
